Some of recurring digestive tract conditions like Stomach pain, chronic heartburn, blood in vomit, constipation, disturbed/changing bowel habits raises need to get the imaging done for better understanding of underlying condition. Surgeons recommends Endoscopy for getting the real-time images for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment planning. The real-time images provide insight of the criticality of the situation and offers better interpretation of the condition which relieves patient from confused state-of-mind.

It is an invasive procedure performed to get a real-time view of the internal organs of the patient by inserting an instrument called Endoscope. Which is a long, flexible tube having a light and high-resolution camera at its rear end. It captures the images of these internal organs which are viewed on the electronic screen.
